The Fullerton Hotel, Singapore

If you've spent any amount of time in Singapore, you probably have fond memories of the Fullerton Hotel. Originally built in 1928, this gorgeous architectural masterpiece was once the home of the General Post Office, and later a hospital during World War II. In the late 1990s the building underwent a massive restoration to transform it into the luxury hotel it is today. Its neo-classical architectural features combined with its rich colonial history makes the Fullerton Hotel an integral part of Singapore's must see and experience list.

I’ve personally spent many Sundays here soaking up the grand architecture and views of the river while indulging in decadent champagne brunches on the patio of Town Restaurant, or sunset cocktails at The Lighthouse Bar on the rooftop.
